I had and excellent time at the Dubai Ice Rink. As this was my first time at ice skating, I decided to get a coach to guide me.
Coach Jude, I can’t thank him enough for the lessons he taught me. Jude was extremely patient and very encouraging through out the session. His experience and expertise showed very clearly. I can’t wait to go back to the rink again!

We didn’t actually take to the ice rink - which looked to be in very good condition - but did spend time on a couple of occasions taking in the spectacle. It was great to see the more experienced skaters, plus students and instructors, mixing with the rank beginners. It looked like great fun.
The rink is on the ground floor of the Dubai Mall but can be viewed from the two floors above as well if you just want to spectate. Well worth a look.
