• Cancelation fee of 50% will be levied if done 48 hours prior to departure and 100% will be charged if cancelled within 24 hours of departure.
• Maximum number of passengers allowed onboard according to the passenger capacity specified for each yacht.
• All sea trips are subject to weather conditions and UAE coast guard approval
• The company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the charter due to mechanical malfunction or adverse weather conditions without any cancellation fee being applicable .
• It is mandatory that all guests should carry their passport or Valid identification.
• Effective from 01st January 2018, 5% VAT will be levied on all bookings as per new UAE law.
