On your arrival in Madrid, meet our representative and you will be transferred to your hotel. Unwind for a while and then you can explore your surroundings.

Towards evening you will proceed for the night tour of Madrid. You will stop at the iconic Royal Palace of Madrid (Palacio Real) and you will visit one of the oldest squares of the city, the Plaza Mayor. The Plaza Mayor is located in the center of Madrid, a few meters from the square of Puerta del Sol, and close to the High Street. Our ending point is one of the oldest squares of the city, the Plaza Mayor. You will get to know the main restaurants and bars so you can know how nightlife is in Madrid! Leave the city towards Toledo aboard one of our air-conditioned coaches. Relax and enjoy the scenery on the way to the city. Follow your local guide on a walking tour of the Historic City of Toledo, World Heritage City since 1986. Once Spain’s capital, it is a perfect mix of Arab, Jewish and Christian cultures. Learn about its fantastic heritage and see how the coexistence of cultures through the centuries influenced its current architectural style.

Stroll amid the courtyard cloisters and royal coats of arms at the San Juan de los Reyes Monastery. Admire the building sponsored by Queen Elizabeth from Castilla to become a royal mausoleum, the most important construction built by the Catholic Monarchs. Right after the visit we will walk to the Synagogue of Sta. Maria la Blanca. Originally built as a synagogue, it was expropriated and became a Church only 211 years after it opened its doors. Today, it is a fantastic museum of Mudejar (Arabic) style that you will visit.

Admire the world-famous painting of by el Greco – The Burial of the Count of Orgaz – at the Church of St. Tomé. Did you know el Greco himself lived in this beautiful city?

The walking tour will continue until we reach the Cathedral, considered of the most important Gothic Cathedrals in Spain. You will see it from the outside before the guided tour finishes. Then, you will have free time to explore Toledo on your own before returning to Madrid.

Today check-out and travel on your own to the Madrid railway station to take the high-speed train to Seville. After 2 and half hours, you will reach Seville. You will be met and transferred to your hotel. Check-in and relax for some time.

In the afternoon you will climb onto a comfortable minibus for a sightseeing tour across the infamous Isabel II Bridge, on the other side of which lies the legendary neighbourhood of Triana. This quaint part of town used to be the old sailors and potters’ quarter, where you can still admire nowadays San Jorge’s Castle, erected in the 10th century. Feel like the sailors of old at the “muelle de la Sal” (Salt Wharf), where an elegant boat will be awaiting your arrival to cruise you alongside all the wonderful buildings and bridges that line the banks of the Guadalquivir River. Las but not least comes a visit to the Monastery of the Cartuja, where for three years Christopher Columbus planned his trip towards the unknown. The trip then ends with a tour of the Bullring of the Real Maestranza, considered to be one of the most important bullrings in the history of bullfighting.

Today morning you will start early by exploring the majestic Alazar del los Reyes Cristianos, a mediaeval Islamic Fortress, then occupied by the Catholic Kings of Spain. Next stop is the impressive Great Mosque, a spectacular testimony to the age of the Caliphate. Then it's time to head for the Juderia, the mediaeval Jewish Quarter, a vibrant neighbourhood, packed with small shops, hole in the wall bars and great restaurant. We'll stroll down the Callejon de las Flores, a fiesta for the senses as we come onto the Plaza of Gran Maimonides where we’ll visit the city's ancient synagogue, dating from 1315. Now you'll have some time to explore the city for yourself. You can go shopping, sit back on a pavement café and watch the world go by or maybe try some wonderful Cord obese cooking. The area is packed with tapas bars as well as some great restaurants. Return back to your hotel towards late evening for overnight stay.

Today morning, check-out from your hotel. You will be transferred to the train station to take the high-speed train from Seville to Granada. The journey takes around 3 and half hours. Upon arrival at Granada, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Check-in and relax for some time.

 

In the afternoon you will be picked up from your Granada hotel by air-conditioned minibus and then whisk you away to La Sabica Hill to visit its most dramatic monument – Alhambra. Perched high on the hill overlooking the city, the incredible palace complex was first built as a fortress at the start of the 13th century. Skip past the long entrance lines with your priority access ticket and walk around inside with your guide, hearing all the history of this fascinating site. Now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Alhambra is a treasure trove of Moorish architecture and you’ll see several of its wonders as you tour its highlights. Step inside the Hall of Abencerrajes to gaze up at its star-shaped domed ceiling, and hear the tale of the massacre that took place here during a 15th century banquet. After exploring the palaces, head to the Genera life Gardens to discover where the sultans and Moorish kings of bygone days once relaxed. Featuring abundant flora and distinctive water features, the gardens also comprise two further courtyards, which you’ll see, the Patio de la Acequia and the Patio de la Sultana. You will be dropped back to your hotel after 3 hours.

For the first part of the activity, enjoy a walking tour of the Born neighbourhood and the Gothic Quarter. Stroll down one of the most important streets in the city until you reach the Cathedral of Barcelona. You will have some free time to visit the same on your own. Meet your guide again to continue the walking tour. Walk the narrow streets of the oldest part of the city and discover the many secrets it holds. Marvel at the quaint medieval places hidden to the crowds and learn about their huge historical significance. Did you know the Gothic Quarter shelters the Old Jewish Quarter of Barcelona?

Follow your guide to Plaça Catalunya to board an air-conditioned coach for a panoramic tour through the city. Drive through Passeig de Gràcia and admire the most popular Gaudi Houses, Casa Batlló and Casa Milà (La Pedrera). Notice some the most important modernist façades. Next, listen to your guide’s explanations as we drive near the sea. Discover the changes to the coastline of Barcelona for the Olympic Games in 1992. See the Olympic Port, the beach and the fisherman’s quarter from the bus, called Barceloneta.

Head to the Montjuïc Mountain, main scenery of the Olympic Games in 1992. Ride the cable car for amazing views over the city. At the end of the tour, we will stop in the MNAC viewpoint to see one of the most beautiful panoramic views of the city.

Between both parts of the tour, you will have 1hour of free time for lunch.

Start the tour from our office next to Sagrada Familia. Remember you must check in at least 15 minutes before the starting time of the activity. An experienced guide will pick you up from the office and walk you to the Basilica.
